Street Outreach
Our credible Street Outreach Workers detect and mediate violence; build and maintain relationships with the community; and connect people to social support services to reduce their likelihood of engaging in or being impacted by violence.
Community Cohesion
Our Outreach Workers and youth prevention program participants plan and implement activities to build cohesion and trust, share resources, and bring the community together.
